Three Snow Ltd. | Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, Japan
A small step that transforms texture.
About
Crafted by Three Snow in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, an area renowned for its metal craftsmanship, this chakoshi is designed specifically for preparing matcha.
Sifting gently breaks apart fine clumps in the matcha powder, helping it disperse more evenly in water and creating a smoother, more refined texture when whisked.
Its handle and support hook allow the sifter to rest securely over a matcha bowl, making it easy to sift directly into the chawan before preparation.
