A quality matcha latte has the power to energize your body and sharpen your focus. As much as top tier matcha is delicious to sip on its own, it's also nice to put a spin on your daily drink recipes once in a while . This Vegan Strawberry Matcha Latte can be that perfect remix!
The aligning benefits of both matcha and strawberry include excellent sources of Vitamin C, packed with antioxidants. What better way than to double the immunity boost? And the best part? This recipe only uses THREE main ingredients --> 🍵+ 🍓+ 🥛!!
| Step 1 | - Wash 2~3 strawberries.
| Step 2 | - Chop strawberries into smaller chunks to put into mixer.
| Step 3 | - Add 1 tbsp of sweetener.
| Step 4 | - Purée the strawberries.
| Step 5 | - Sift 2 scoops of matcha in a separate bowl. We used our Matcha Gokoro.
| Step 6 | - Add 1/4 cup of hot water.
| Step 7 | - Whisk matcha until frothy.
| Step 8 | - Add the puréed strawberry as a base layer in a cup.
| Step 9 | - Pour in ice.
| Step 10 | - Pour over choice of milk.
| Step 11 | - Top it off with the whisked matcha.
