
Prep Guide
1. Pour boiling water into Chawan2. Discard water
3. Wipe bowl clean
4. Scoop 2g of Matcha Gokoro Organic Green Tea
5. Shift matcha
6. Pour 2oz of boiling water into a bowl
7. Rest for 1 minute - until cool at 80C
8. Pour water over sifted matcha
9. Use whisk to incorporate all of the powder
10. Increase speed in a rapid back and forth motion until frothy
11. Ease your speed
12. Gently lift whisk off as foam starts to set
* For the most optimal shelf life please:
- keep refrigerated after opening
- utilize the provided plastic lid for an airtight seal
